I wanted to congratulate Bro. Emon Green for being selected as the Runner up for the Virginia Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc's Belford V. Lawson Oratorical Contest. Emon is a former Alpha Academy mentee and we are very proud of all his accomplishments. Emon is currently a Junior at Virginia Tech. We have attached a copy of his speech below.
His parents are strong supporters of the program and I know that they are very proud of him.
