VACAPAF's 2022-2023 Strategic Plan - We Desire to Sustain Our Excellence
Hello Brothers! We are excited to release ourstrategic plan with the goals, responsible brother(s), and timeline. I am thankful to our Coordinator of Strategic Planning, Bro. Deran Whitney, in coordinating with our district leaders to provide SMART goals to measure our successes and opportunities in our district. We empower all 37 chapters to read, inquire, and work toward a legacy of excellence in VACAPAF. This is our accountability for the service and work we do as a district.
Targets to Enrich Our District
We desire 100% of all chapters to complete the national programs.
We desire to reach more students and people through our programs and projects.
We desire to increase our level of engagement and communication with technology tools.
We desire to strengthen our brotherhood's fraternal knowledge for membership, leadership, and other fraternal targets.
We desire to enhance our processes, guidelines, and opportunities to build leadership capacity in our district.
