Established in 2006 by Brother Richmond Hill, the Alpha Academy is a signature mentoring initiative of the Xi Alpha Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. This impactful program has guided hundreds of young men in their journey to adulthood by executing the fraternity’s national programs, Go-to-High School, Go-to-College and Project Alpha. Through tailored mentorship, academic support, and life skills training, the Alpha Academy has empowered young men to excel in education, develop leadership skills, and contribute positively to society. Many of these mentees have become outstanding individuals in their communities, with some proudly joining the ranks of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The Alpha Academy continues to embody the fraternity’s commitment to developing the leaders of tomorrow.
